D&M Media Group ("we", "our" or "our company") takes great care to protect the privacy and personal data of users of our mobile game, Blokla ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes the principles regarding the data collected, processed and protected when you use our app.
1. Information Collected and Data Use

No directly personally identifiable data such as name, surname, email address, phone number or location is collected or stored on our servers while playing the Blokla game.

In-app game progress, high scores and game settings are only stored locally on the user's own device (Local Storage).
2. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

Our app uses Google AdMob (Google LLC), a third-party advertising network, for the purpose of displaying in-game advertisements (e.g. rewarded ads).

Google AdMob may process advertising ID, device information, and anonymous crash/performance data for the purpose of serving ads and measuring performance.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA and Google Play Family Policy)

Block is designed so that users of all ages and children can play safely.

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Family Policies, ad requests in the app are configured with a child-appropriate filter (tagForChildDirectedTreatment).

Ads displayed in the app comply with the General Audience (G rating) standard; no personalized (behavioral) advertising tracking is performed, and no personal data is knowingly collected from children.

4. Security

Keeping our users' experience safe is essential to us. Because we do not directly collect any personal data, there is no risk of server-side data leakage. Game data stored locally on your device is protected under your operating system's security standards. 5. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of any changes, the new policy will be published on this page with the updated date.
