Service and Usage Agreement

1- Parties

2- Subject

2.1: This contract will regulate the fees to be paid to Hostreet for the services to be received by the customer in line with the information given in the transactions, orders, messages and the registration process in line with the information given in the registration process, the fees to be paid to Hostreet and the way of using these services. These service and transaction disclosures are as follows.

2.2: Membership information is the information entered by the customer during membership. Since this information will be based on the transactions made, it is assumed that the customer and the member have entered this information completely and correctly.

3- Responsibilities and Customer Obligations

3.1: Hostreet will provide the services that are delivered as an order upon the request of the customer. With the message of acceptance of the order, Hostreet will accept that it has collected the relevant fee and commit to provide the service specified in the order in question.

3.2: Payment method, VAT differences will be specified with the total amount to be deducted during the order and the fees that the customer has to pay according to the monthly, 3-month, 6-month, annual or 2-year payment preferences will be notified by Hostreet.

3.3: After the acceptance of the order and the approval of the transactions, Hostreet will transmit all user names and passwords related to the service in the customer order detail to the customer and the service will be started. The responsibility of the access information of the relevant services is the customer's responsibility after it is transmitted to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from these issues.

3.4: The customer undertakes to comply with the declarations and warnings received by Hostreet within the scope of the service or services it receives. The customer declares, accepts and undertakes to comply with any notice or notice issued by Hostreet while using the services. The customer may not distribute or sell the services provided free of charge and unlimited to third parties, either paid or free and / or limited or unlimited. In addition to this contract, "general terms of service" is essential for the use of the service.

3.5: The customer undertakes not to access the files or programs that do not have the right to access by using the software and programs it has within the service, not to cause any problems due to such a problem, and to compensate for the problems and problems that may occur.

3.6: The customer accepts and undertakes that the taxes, fees and similar obligations that are in effect during the use of the services he / she receives or that will come into force during the contract period belong to him and will meet them.

3.7: It accepts and undertakes that it is responsible for all the processes that it will use and will benefit from all files, documents and programs hosted within the customer service, website and e-mail services, and to meet all legal and criminal liability that may arise from the illegality of such data, information and declarations. does. No fault can be conveyed to Hostreet regarding the problems that may arise in this regard. Hostreet does not review, verify, endorse or take any responsibility for user-made pages before they are posted. Hostreet may terminate user accounts for violating these guidelines or for any other reason or because it believes that Hostreet is harmful to its own business or any of its users. Hostreet has the right to delete acts and actions that are contrary to the law, without informing the customer.

3.8: Hostreet cannot be held liable in any way for any material or moral damages that may arise from the content of customer data in the service provided, or from the erroneous / malicious use of these contents, and also from the e-mail data sent and received. All data backup and storage obligations belong to the customer. Hostreet cannot be held responsible for any errors, material or moral damages that may occur in the event of interruptions in its services or loss of data.

3.9: Hostreet will show the necessary care and attention to keep the backups of the customer regularly, but it cannot be held responsible for the data loss that the customer may incur due to the problems that may occur in this regard, the customer is obliged to regularly save his data.
